NB New starting point for Rides. Now meet at 10 am for 10.15 at Pedal Power buildings, Pontcanna Fields, by the Caravan Park. Easy access via gate at end of Dogo Street, off Cathedral Road. Bike hire available.

Monthly meeting/social Meet 6.30â€“6.45 in or outside the Mochyn Du, Sophia Close. We’ll be heading of on an evening expedition to the Black Cock above Castell Coch. You will need really good lights for this one, and preferably some reflective clothing. Food and drink available at said pub. Contact: Nick 029 20222016.

Sully and Cosmeston Lakes. Meet 10.00â€“10.15 on the Bute Park side of the Sophia Gardens footbridge. Out via Cardiff Bay barrage, then on to Penarth town. Along. the lanes to Cosmeston Lakes Country Park (refreshment stop). On to Captainâ€™s Wife at Sully Island, Returning via Penarth. Easy or Moderate: 14 km (9 miles) or 25 km (17 miles). This is a linear route, with options to return at Cardiff Bay for those who do not wish to complete the whole distance. Contact: Robert 07967 127382.
