Pentyrch Loop.

This lovely ride took us quite high up towards Pentyrch, then an incredible hill 
to freewheel down to a pub at the bottom in Morganstown for good refreshments 
before joining the Taff Trail and heading for Tongwynlais and home . We had a brief 
stop at the bike shop in Tongwynlais which is open on Sundays between 10 and 3.
