Introduction to mountain biking.

We cycled to Castle Coch and from there braved the introduction to rougher terrain - which 
for some of us was a new experience. Lots of mud and stunning views from up high - then 
the tougher ones carried on further along the ridge and two of us headed for tarmac and 
a pub! Great fun.
